Obtained a PhD in Developmental Psychology in 1992 from the University of Bristol, England, and has since been Auxiliary Professor at ISPA, when she became a member of the Faculty teaching subjects in the field of Investigative Methods and also supervising and co-signing several Investigative works.

She is also Psychologist, Pedagogical coordinator and under-director at Centres for children, youth and adults with mental disabilities and/or Social/School Inadaptation.

She has cooperated in the Training of Teachers and School Auxiliaries within the scope of Mental Handicaps and also in the Training for Psychologists in the field of therapeutical Practice, Evaluation and Counselling.

She also is developing projects aimed at empowering handicapped people.
