Biographical note

PhD in Labour Sciences from the University of “Cádiz”. Advanced Studies Diploma from the same University. Master of Philosophy specializing in Human Resources from Middlesex University, UK. Degree in Economics from Higher Institute for Economics of the Lisbon Technical University.

 

Summary of Academic Activity

  • ISPA-University Institute - Guest Professor in the Master in Organizational Behaviour from 1992-1998 and since 2010 Auxiliary Professor in the Integrated Master in Psychology in Social and Organizational Psychology – in charge of the subjects Human Resources Management, Thesis Seminar, Internship Seminar and also in the PhD Program in Organizational Psychology.
  • Portuguese Catholic University - Invited Professor at the MBAs of the Post-Graduations School from 1992 to 1995
  • Lisbon “Nova” University – Invited Professor in charge of the subject, Personnel Management of the degree in Management from 1998/1999 and collaborator at NOVAFORUM – School for Executive Training from 1998 to 2002.
  • Higher Institute for Work and Enterprise Sciences (ISCTE) – Invited Professor at the Master in Human Resources Development Politics from 1992 to 1997.
